Event Description
The Strength of our labor force is the key to global competitiveness – greater productivity, more growth and higher profits. But we have much work to do.

Register now for this opportunity to work with colleagues to make a positive difference in Idaho’s workforce. The summit is for CEO’s and business leaders who are key decision makers in your company/corporation and who can allocate resources and personnel to this important work that supports your bottom line. This is critical work because business leaders need:

· the best, most skilled employees now and in the future – ones who can create new products, solve complex problems and motivate teams to excel

· employees who can focus on their jobs and not be distracted because their children are in poor quality care

· communities that attract skilled employees, produce good customers and spend less tax money on expensive remedial programs

· public policies that support development of the next generation of workers, so that they can continue to innovate and lead

Lunch will be served with national speakers and Idaho heroes who recognize the importance of taking action now to help businesses excel today and in the future.

You will hear about the latest research on the economic benefits of investment in early learning, brain development related to how we learn and work, and how the business community can help by becoming advocates for policy change.
