Each member of our sales team is offered a base salary with a goal-driven benefits program. In many sales organizations a base salary is just that. At Jobing.com we offer base salary increases driven by an individual’s performance and the amount of knowledge they have learned and absorbed over the course of their employment with us. Sales team members start off their careers as Industry Specialists, focusing their sales efforts in a variety of specific industries. They have the ability, following a specific timeline, to test into higher level positions such as Industry Manager and Industry Director which increases their base salary and enables them to begin using their leadership skills culled through our various development programs.

After one full year of employment, every employee is eligible to participate in the Jobing.com Vehicle Wrap program which offers the employee the ability to drive the vehicle of their choice with financial reimbursement from the company. In addition to a monthly car allowance, employees are reimbursed for their gas expenses as part of the program.

Upon hire every employee is offered the opportunity to become a partial owner in our business through the Jobing.com Employee Stock Option Plan and may earn additional options throughout their career with us.

Jobing.com currently partners with The W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University to provide a corporate MBA program. To date, Jobing has offered 50 employees the opportunity to complete their MBA degree. Jobing continues to invest in our high-potential employees through various corporate sponsored advanced degree programs.
