Macy’s West, headquartered in San Francisco, operates almost 200 stores in Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. The division incorporates Robinsons-May and Foley’s stores acquired in the May Company merger and converting to the Macy’s nameplate in September 2006. Macy’s West excels at infusing the glitter of Hollywood and the wizardry of Silicon Valley into its operations.

It's the clincher! You and your eligible dependents will receive a 20% discount in most departments on regular price and sale merchandise.

Additional Discount Days
Macy's West periodically designates certain days for an additional discount. These may include Employee Appreciation Days, Friends and Family Days, and proprietary credit promotions, where all employees will receive an additional discount in departments where the regular discount applies.

Bonus Incentives

    * Store Star Council works to enhance the commitment of each associate and recognize his/her customer service and productivity achievements.

    * Star Council in the central organization sponsors monthly fun events, which are often linked to community or diversity awareness and work/life balance. Star Council also sponsors an annual conference recognizing executives for their contributions.

    * Star Academy (our very own sales hall of fame) celebrates and honors the most successful sales professionals. Star Academy inductees serve as role models and mentors for new employees and are awarded with an additional store discount.

    * Employee of the Month designations recognize associates and managers who demonstrate excellence on the job.

    * Employee Appreciation Days are pre-selected days throughout the year that offer an added store discount for all employees in recognition of their hard work and commitment.

    * Other programs include Customer Service Awards, Express Credit Programs, Employee Referral Programs, Internal Job Fairs and the Shortage Awareness Program.
